In respect to the Advocacy Act (Act No.
586/2003 Coll.)
I am active as advocate.
This legal profession helps to exercise the
individual´s constitutional right to defence and to protect any other
individual´s and legal entity´s rights and interests in accordance with
the Slovak Constitution and the laws. The duties and obligations of the
legal profession are fulfilled by lawyers, particularly by representing
clients before courts of law, governmental authorities and other
entities, acting for and defending individuals in criminal proceedings,
legal consultancy, writing instruments about legal acts, making legal
analyses and administration of clients´ property.
Lawyers are people who meet the professional and
other qualifications and are enrolled in the Bar - Slovak Bar
Association. I provide legal services primarily in the
following areas:
- Representing clients in civil, employment and
commerce related proceedings.
- Representing clients in family legal cases.
- Criminal proceeding defense.
- Incorporation of companies and other forms of
entities.
- Drawing up contracts and other documents (eg.
the transfer of ownership of property including authorization).

effect from 1.7.2010 the court has the opportunity to decide on divorce
marriage to entrust a child to care for both parents ...
It
was again amended by Decree of the Ministry of Justice on the
remuneration of lawyers, which has changed the method of calculating
remuneration of legal services.
